Return Procedure

For any reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Please carefully package your items and ship them using a reliable carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, no restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a refund for the full purchase amount within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order.

If it takes longer, please contact us and we will look into the matter.

Exchanges

Not completely satisfied with an item and would like to exchange it? No problem.

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange

We will do our best to ensure your full satisfaction.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email contact@delaneygalway.com    as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please:

  1. Take photos of the issue
  2. Email them to contact@delaneygalway.com
  3. Include your order number

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
